Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

All products include a 12-month limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.

All parts are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for 12 months, from the date of purchase. If a malfunction occurs, please contact us directly. You will need to send us the defective part(s) along with your proof of purchase/order number. The warranty does not cover damage due to an accident, misuse or failure to follow the written instructions accompanying this product.

Returns

All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds

If your refund is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. If your refund is late or missing please contact us on the form link below and we will provide proof of refund and any other details you may need.

Exchanges

We only replace items within 30 days if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please contact us with the form below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.  Please contact us with the form link below to request gift credit.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Please contact us with the form link below to request a refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return unless it is deemed defective/damaged. If you are shipping items with a retail value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
